Commerical Director's Office
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the University Hospital and, in particular, oversees the financial, technical, and administrative areas in accordance with the decisions of the Supervisory Board and the Hospital Executive Board. His core responsibilities include budget, financial, and economic management; the planning and monitoring of operational processes; and representing the hospital in administrative, financial, and legal matters. In addition, he coordinates construction projects, oversees personnel and budget matters, develops risk management strategies, and ensures proper financial management. To carry out these duties, he relies on the relevant departments.
